Refund policy

If for any reason you’d like to return or exchange an item, please email us at info@resmeswim.com with your request and order number within 14 days of receipt to qualify for return or exchange.

• We will process your request and you will then have 7 days to mail back your item.

• Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition with all original tags and sanitary sticker still attached, including packaging.

• If there is any delay or if items are received in any condition other than their original condition, resme swim reserves the right to decline return or exchange and may send the item back to the customer.

* Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and we recommend that you use tracking for your return.

* We will gladly cover shipping costs for an exchange within the US.

* All sale items and items purchased during promotional sales are FINAL SALE.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
